The Municipal Government of Pulilan, led by mayor Maritz Ochoa-Montejo (MOM), held the Launching of the Paleng-QR Ph Plus Program in Pulilan through the Office of the Public Market in collaboration with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), and partner Financial Service Providers (FSPs).

The Municipality of Pulilan is the first LGU in the Province of Bulacan to launch this program which aims to build digital payments ecosystem in the country by promoting cashless payments in public markets and transportation.
