Evaluation of Functionality of Local Committees on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and their Children (LCAT-VAWC)

The LCAT-VAWC Provincial Inter-Agency Monitoring Team (PIMT) led by DILG Bulacan conducted the LCAT-VAWC Functionality Assessment for 2023, In this regard, the Municipality of Pulilan led by Maria Rosario ‘Maritz’ Ochoa-Montejo, in cooperation with the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) was rated a Functionality Level of ‘IDEAL’.

The assessment is conducted to evaluate the Functionality of Local Committees on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and their Children (LCAT-VAWC) as the primary mechanism to address trafficking and VAWC.
