As part of celebration of the The 12th Pulilan Mandala Art Festival the Municipality of Pulilan led by Mayor Maritz Ochoa-Montejo (MOM) in coordination with the Municipal Tourism Office through the JEFARCA conducted the Opening of Museo Central ng Pulilan.
