•The Municipal Government of Pulilan was awarded the Certificate of Recognition by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Regional Office III for achieving Maturity Level 2 (Enhanced Indicators) in the system Recruitment, Selection and Placement as a result of its determination and invaluable efforts in transforming the HRM system and competency of its people to a level of excellence in good governance and for efficient and effective delivery of public service.
