Additional requirement ( if applicant is not the registered owner of the land where the building is to be constructed)

  • Deed of conveyance
5. Complete set of plans, specifications, bill of materials and design analysis duly signed & sealed by licensed engineer
6. Clearances from concerned agencies: FIRE, SANITATION, etc.
